Crunchyroll’s CCO confirms Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle will hit theaters worldwide on a massive scale, aiming to top Mugen Train’s $500M+ success 🔥 Demon Slayer Is About to Go Global — Again.

Crunchyroll CCO Asa Suehira has just confirmed that the upcoming Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle anime film will be released on an "unprecedented scale" worldwide. 🌎🎬

📈 This next theatrical installment follows the monster success of Mugen Train, which grossed $506M globally, including $50M in the U.S. alone.

💬 In a recent interview, Suehira said:

“Infinity Castle will be a milestone movie for theatrical anime… it’s Crunchyroll’s responsibility to deliver solid results.”

🎥 The Infinity Castle arc will be the first in a trilogy that concludes Kimetsu no Yaiba. A preview was shown at Annecy 2025, with Sony Pictures & Crunchyroll now handling distribution — aiming to blow past Mugen Train’s already record-breaking numbers.

🔮 With a larger fanbase, expanded theater count, and peak global hype, Infinity Castle could redefine anime in cinemas once again.

📅 No official release date yet, but expect updates soon — and plan to be in line on day one!
